Aboutthe Position
Anthro Med Education is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech‑Language Pathologist to join an elementary school team in St. Cloud, MN for the school year. This full‑time opportunity offers the chance to work alongside experienced colleagues in a collaborative environment that values teamwork and student success.
You will provide services to students across general education, resource, and specialized programming, supporting a wide range of communication needs. This role is ideal for clinicians who enjoy building relationships, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and creating individualized therapy plans that help students thrive.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students with varying communication needs
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans that align with IEP goals and educational objectives
- Provide engaging individual and small‑group therapy sessions using evidence‑based intervention strategies
- Partner with teachers, families, and support staff to promote communication skills across classroom environments
- Participate in IEP meetings, contributing clinical expertise and recommendations for student programming
- Monitor student progress and maintain timely, accurate documentation in compliance with district and state requirements
- Support students with articulation, language, fluency, social communication, AAC, and other speech‑language needs
- Foster a positive, inclusive therapy environment that encourages student confidence and participation
- Collaborate regularly with school staff to ensure continuity of services and student success
- Full‑time school‑based position for the school year

- Strong administrative and clinical support throughout the school year
- Master's degree in Speech‑Language Pathology
- Active Minnesota Speech‑Language Pathologist license or eligibility to obtain licensure
- Minnesota Department of Education licensure or eligibility preferred
- Previous school‑based experience is a plus but not required
- Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Passion for helping students develop the communication skills needed for academic and personal success

- Competitive annual salary of $57,500‑$75,000, based on experience
