Job Summary

Madison Elementary is looking for a caring, positive, and adaptable individual who loves working with children and enjoys being part of a team. As a K-3 General Associate, you will be an important part of supporting staff and students in creating a safe, joy-filled, and engaging school wide learning environment. The role may be part-time as a job-share opportunity or full-time.

Your contributions may include

Supporting classroom teachers with engaging learning experiences
Working with small groups of students to reinforce and extend learning
Building positive relationships that help students feel known, supported, and successful
Providing flexible support across Kindergarten through 3rd grade classrooms throughout the day
Supporting a safe, positive experience for students during lunch, recess, and arrival/dismissal

Qualifications

High School Diploma required

Mandatory Reporter certificates (if available)
