Mastery Prep Tutor

Mastery Prep is hiring engaging, high-energy tutors to support middle and high school students with math and reading test preparation. This is a great opportunity for teachers, tutors, coaches, or individuals passionate about helping students build confidence and succeed.

Deliver live instruction to middle and high school students at multiple campuses. Engage students using an energetic, clear, and encouraging teaching style. Create a positive, supportive learning environment. Support student growth in math and reading skills. Maintain reliable attendance and professionalism during scheduled sessions. Communicate effectively with students, staff, and school partners as needed.

Teaching experience. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Engaging presentation style and positive attitude. Ability to work onsite and maintain reliable attendance. Willingness to travel locally/regionally for weekday in-person events. Bachelor's degree or higher. Valid driver's license.

Tutoring experience. Advanced proficiency in secondary mathematics concepts. Test preparation experience. Commitment to supporting students from diverse backgrounds. Desire to receive feedback and continuously improve.

This position does not require a current teaching certification.
