The Training Specialist will provide instructor-led skills training to employees from all areas of the organization. They are involved in all aspects of the training process - analyzing needs, designing and developing training, presenting the training, and conducting evaluation. Skills and content covered in the training include leadership, management, and professional and technical skill development. Training may also include application of technology to work processes.
They are also responsible for other training-related functions, such as management of learning in1tiat1ves and facilitation of work and project groups. In addition, they provide facilitation and some administration of the Council 's New Employee Orientation (NEO) programming (every Monday, except agency holidays).
This position is eligible for hybrid (remote and onsite) teleworking.
