SEH is seeking an experienced Electrical Group Leader to lead and grow our Electrical Engineering discipline within the Mechanical/Electrical Practice in Minnesota. This role blends technical leadership, team development, and business growth, overseeing a team of approximately 10 engineers and designers supporting municipal and industrial projects. The Electrical Group Manager will remain actively involved in project delivery while mentoring staff, supporting proposals, strengthening client relationships, and expanding the discipline’s market presence.

• Electrical Discipline Leadership (Team of ~10 and Growing)
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of electrical engineers and designers

• Serve as Electrical Discipline Lead on complex municipal and industrial projects
• Provide technical oversight on power distribution, controls, arc flash, lighting, backup systems

• Support project managers in delivering projects on scope, schedule, and budget
