Civil Engineer (Project Engineer / Client‑Facing)

We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to join our Civil Team and take on early project management responsibilities. The role includes overseeing design tasks, mentoring junior staff, and supporting projects from development through construction while enhancing client communication.

• Oversee and contribute to civil engineering design efforts.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior staff.
• Support project coordination and early project management tasks.
• Prepare technical documents and design deliverables.
• Communicate with clients and internal project teams.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Strong CAD‑based design experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience supporting projects from development through construction.
• Residing in St Cloud, MN (or willing to relocate).

• 4–8 years of relevant civil engineering experience.
• Exposure to project management or task leadership.
• Experience mentoring junior engineers or interns.
• Client‑facing experience.

• Base compensation: $70,000–$85,000 based on skill set and experience.
