Opportunity
- Work alongside experienced engineers on municipal projects serving the St. Cloud area.
- Assist field staff and engineers in construction observation activities.
- Assist with Field Engineer responsibilities, including on‑site inspections during construction of various projects.
- Manage work activities and team responsibilities and report to supervisor and team members on the status of project tasks.

Candidate must be residing in St. Cloud, MN and be authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship. Candidates must not reside in the following states: AK, AR, CA, CT, DE, HI, KY, MA, RI, VT, PR.
CompensationBase compensation is expected to be in the range of $21 to $24 per hour based on skill set and experience.
Essential Qualifications- Currently pursuing a 2‑ or 4‑year degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related field.
- Ability to travel frequently for on‑site inspections, team meetings, and client consultations.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Driver’s License.
- Zero to three years of experience in the Civil Engineering field.
- Previous experience or training with AutoCAD Civil 3D.
- Previous Civil Engineering or construction experience, including internships.
- Ability to read, comprehend, and interpret engineering plans and topographic maps.
