Heavy Haul Customer Service Representative

The Heavy Haul Customer Service Representative plays a key role in growing our
heavy haul-focused business. In this role, you'll combine sales savvy with
top-notch customer service to build relationships, win new business, and keep
freight moving.

You'll be the go-to connection between customers and our operations
team-making sure every load runs smoothly from quote to delivery. If you're

with 2 to 3 years' experience, have potential incentive earnings of $20,000+
annually.

What You'll Do:

Drive revenue by proactively selling ATS Heavy Haul services to new,
existing, and inactive customers through calls, emails, and
relationship-building
Manage the full load lifecycle-quote, negotiate rates/terms, enter orders,
and ensure accurate load details in LME
Serve as the primary liaison between customers and operations, ensuring
clear communication and smooth execution from pickup through delivery
Identify and qualify new opportunities by aligning customer needs with ATS
capabilities and expanding business within the crane segment
Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Credit) to solve
problems, secure approvals, and deliver a seamless customer experience

Skillset for Success:

1-2 years of experience in sales, logistics, or heavy haul, with a strong
ability to build relationships and close business
Confident communicator with strong negotiation, customer service, and
problem-solving skills
Analytical and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple
priorities in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable with technology and tools, including Microsoft Office and load
management systems, plus basic understanding of routes, maps, and load specs
Self-motivated team player with a proactive mindset, creative thinking, and
a high level of professionalism and integrity

Compensation & Benefits:

The position has a total cash compensation range of $57,000 to $90,000.00
which includes the position-specific, performance-based incentive; base salary
range for this position is $45,000 to $67,000 annually. Base salary offered is
determined by relevant experience, education, certifications, and geographic
location as compared to others doing substantially similar work.
