Scale Cashier

About The Opportunity

As a Scale Cashier at EMR, you'll play a key role in our daily operations at our St. Cloud, MN location. As the first point of contact for customers, you’ll provide excellent customer service while weighing and recording materials, issuing receipts, and providing general administrative support.

• Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone
• Weigh incoming/outgoing trucks and materials, issue tickets, and process payments
• Verify materials and coordinate with yard staff
• Maintain accurate records and perform data entry
• Provide prompt, helpful support to meet customer needs

• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced, customer‑facing role
• Strong focus on quality, accuracy, and willingness to learn
• Basic computer skills

• Monday – Friday, no nights or weekends
• $19-21/hr, full‑time, year‑round
