Base pay range$55,000.00/yr - $65,000.00/yr

Position Overview:We seek a Registered Client Service Associate to support our advisors and clients, facilitating ongoing support, handling inquiries, and preparing documents. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, proactive, detail-oriented, and experienced in client situations, capable of helping clients and advisors navigate complex issues.
Previous experience supporting a financial advisor is required. Securities licensing (SIE/7/63) is highly preferred, with at least one license required. We offer an attractive compensation and benefits package.
Position Duties and Tasks:- Answer client inquiries via phone and in person
- Provide concierge service, demonstrating excellent communication skills
- Identify and articulate client issues to advisors
- Manage advisor calendar and coordinate meetings
- Maintain client management system
- Handle routine client account matters (changes, applications, authorizations, beneficiary updates)
- Support client service activities (retirement distributions, investment changes, review preparations)
- Assist with marketing activities (sending brochures, following up on referrals, managing prospect calls, coordinating events)
- Ensure compliance with broker/dealer requirements
- Record transactions and maintain client files (paper and electronic)
- Track continuing education for licensed staff
- Perform general office duties (accounting, mail, lobby management, holiday decorations)
- Assist with other projects and duties as needed
- Four-year college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in financial services required
- SIE + Series 7/63 licenses preferred; at least one license required, with ability to obtain others within 90 days
- Knowledge of broker-dealer and investment advisory regulations is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills
