Key Responsibilities &Job Description
- Conduct in-depth meetings and reviews of client financial circumstances to develop personalized, holistic plans.
- Analyze financial goals, risk profiles, and tax strategies to provide customized advice.
- Recommend and implement insurance (life, disability, long‑term care) and investment products (brokerage, advisory services) to meet client needs.
- Grow your client base by making new connections, maintaining a strong referral network, and providing a great client experience.
- Act as an entrepreneur to build, manage, and grow a financial planning practice.

You must obtain the following licenses:
Life/Accident & Health Certifications, Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), and Series 6 or 7, and 63. Northwestern Mutual provides pre‑payment/reimbursement
* for course tuition fees and books. From here, you will work through the education and experience needed to take and pass your Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) designation.
