Senior Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst

We are seeking a Senior Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst to play a key role in driving financial visibility, performance insights, and strategic decision-making across the organization. This role is designed for a highly analytical professional who can translate complex financial and operational data into clear, actionable recommendations that improve performance, profitability, and cash flow.
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Minimum of five (5) years of progressive experience in FP&A, financial reporting, or business analytics
- Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
- Proven experience developing financial models, performance reporting, and actionable business insights
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems (e.g., Net Suite) and reporting tools preferred
- Experience with data visualization or BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Domo) preferred

What You’ll Do Performance Reporting & Insights- Develop and maintain executive dashboards and KPI scorecards, ensuring consistency and a single source of truth
- Analyze monthly and quarterly performance, including volume, mix, pricing, productivity, and cost drivers
- Translate complex data into clear insights, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities
- Provide ad hoc analysis to support leadership decision-making
- Partner with executive and operational leaders to improve financial and business performance
- Support strategic planning through scenario modeling, sensitivity analysis, and business case development
- Help business partners understand key financial drivers and improve decision-making
- Build, maintain, and enhance financial models used for forecasting and planning
- Ensure models are standardized, well-documented, and scalable
- Define and deliver consistent analytical outputs aligned with business priorities
- Partner with Finance and IT to improve reporting automation and data flows
- Identify opportunities to reduce manual processes and improve data quality
- Drive improvements in reporting, planning, and analytics processes
- Support governance and standardization across FP&A activities
- Thinks analytically and connects financial results to operational drivers
- Communicates complex information clearly to both financial and non-financial audiences
- Applies structured problem-solving to ambiguous or complex challenges
- Is highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities
- Takes a proactive approach to identifying risks, opportunities, and improvements
- Thrives in a collaborative, data-driven, and continuously improving environment
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
