We are seeking a Senior Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst to play a key role in driving financial visibility, performance insights, and strategic decision‑making across the organization. This role is designed for a highly analytical professional who can translate complex financial and operational data into clear, actionable recommendations that improve performance, profitability, and cash flow.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Minimum of five (5) years of progressive experience in FP&A, financial reporting, or business analytics
• Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
• Proven experience developing financial models, performance reporting, and actionable business insights
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems (e.g., Net Suite) and reporting tools preferred
• Experience with data visualization or BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Domo) preferred

• Develop and maintain executive dashboards and KPI scorecards, ensuring consistency and a single source of truth
• Analyze monthly and quarterly performance, including volume, mix, pricing, productivity, and cost drivers
• Translate complex data into clear insights, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities
• Provide ad hoc analysis to support leadership decision‑making

• Partner with executive and operational leaders to improve financial and business performance
• Support strategic planning through scenario modeling, sensitivity analysis, and business case development
• Help business partners understand key financial drivers and improve decision‑making
• Build, maintain, and enhance financial models used for forecasting and planning
• Ensure models are standardized, well‑documented, and scalable
• Define and deliver consistent analytical outputs aligned with business priorities

• Partner with Finance and IT to improve reporting automation and data flows
• Identify opportunities to reduce manual processes and improve data quality
• Drive improvements in reporting, planning, and analytics processes
• Support governance and standardization across FP&A activities
