Advisory Operations

Overview

Operations Coordinator in Brokerage Operations area.

• Verify advisory paperwork for accuracy, completeness, and correct signatures.
• Set up new accounts in internal platforms for advisor use.
• Process paperwork initially; later handle some advisor outreach by phone.
• Maintain and update advisory accounts across Cetera programs.
• Meet SLAs and performance metrics with guidance from Team Leads.
• Respond to inquiries via Salesforce, email, mail, and phone.
• Research and resolve complex cases and communicate escalations clearly.
• Use key systems such as Docupace, NetX
  360, Advice Works, MAA, Salesforce, Smart Works.
• Support financial planning operations and partner with internal teams including Compliance.
• Handle low‑mid level escalations and ensure regulatory procedures are followed.

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1+ years of working in an office environment.
• 1+ years of working with MS Office.
• 6+ months of financial operations experience (preferred).
• 6+ months bank teller experience (preferred).
• 6+ months of Legal/Paralegal experience (preferred).

Entry Level

Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Cloud, MN.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.
