Plant Controller

Are you a hands‑on accounting leader who thrives in a fast‑paced, operational environment? Dubow is looking for a Plant Controller to play a key role in driving financial accuracy, process improvement, and strategic decision‑making.

In this role, you will lead day‑to‑day accounting operations while working closely with leadership to ensure strong financial performance. From leading month‑end close and financial reporting to analyzing production costs and streamlining processes, this role plays a key part in driving success across the organization.

• Lead and develop the accounting team
• Oversee AR/AP, cash flow, and financial reporting (GAAP)
• Analyze production costs, inventory, and key financial metrics
• Manage month‑end close and financial reconciliations
• Partner with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and strategic initiatives
• Drive process improvements and strengthen accounting practices

• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong understanding of financial reporting and analysis
• Experience in a manufacturing or operational environment is a plus
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with data/reporting tools
• A proactive, detail‑oriented mindset with strong leadership abilities
