Senior Product Manager – Unsecured Lending

Responsibilities

• Drive the success of our current unsecured lending products (Personal Loan, Personal Line, Simple Loan, Wisetack)
• Design new products/partnerships that meet our customer’s needs
• Operate as a P&L owner for assigned products
• Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle and identify product enhancements that increase originations or product profitability
• Optimize pricing, promotions, and credit policy to drive originations growth
• Conduct competitive intel to ensure product competitiveness and measure market share trends
• Define and communicate the product vision, design, and business case
• Collaborate with various stakeholders including risk, finance, treasury, sales, marketing, and delivery

• Product Management experience
• 5-10 years’ experience in banking product management, preferably with credit products
• Knowledge of the industry and competitive trends driving unsecured lending growth and market expansion over the past 10 years
• Experience managing product P&L, product strategy, vision and planning, performance measurement and optimization, marketing and analytics, customer centricity
• Strong financial background with demonstrated mastery of the levers that drive credit product profitability
• Ability to anticipate shifting market priorities, internal and external customer needs in a manner that consistently adds value
• Strong customer centricity to implement strategies and techniques used to ensure that customers have a positive experience with the organization's products and services at every touch point.

Demonstrates expertise in product management for unsecured lending products, with a strong focus on P&L ownership, product strategy, and customer-centric solutions. Proven ability to optimize product performance through market analysis and competitive intelligence.
