Work Model:- On-Site
- 8:00 AM
-5:00 PMM
- Review changes to the financial representative team for accuracy
- Run reports and share with team and/or advisors as requested
- Prepare rep change documents and forms to be sent on advisors' behalf
- Review incoming and outgoing forms, organize, and process
- Must be proficient with MS Excel and have experience with Pivot Tables
- Ability to accurately enter sensitive data into business systems
- Attention to detail and a quick learner
- Financial processing experience preferred
- High school diploma or GED required
- 401k
