Police Officer

This is a full-time on-site role for a Police Officer located in St. Cloud, MN. Responsibilities include maintaining public safety and order, preventing and investigating crimes, responding to emergencies, enforcing laws, and providing assistance to community members. The Police Officer will work collaboratively with colleagues and community members to build and maintain trust while ensuring the safety and security of all residents.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in law enforcement practices and procedures, including knowledge of local, state, and federal laws
• Experience with criminal investigations, collecting evidence, and maintaining comprehensive reports
• Familiarity with public safety regulations and conducting community policing activities
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills
• Physical fitness and the ability to pass required physical and psychological examinations
• Minimum qualifications include completion of law enforcement training and certification as required in the state of Minnesota
• Previous experience as a Police Officer or similar role is beneficial but not required
• Commitment to community service, ethical standards, and professional integrity
