• Starting Salary for those building their clientele
• Up to 50% Commission if you're a barber with an established client base or if your weekly earnings exceed your hourly wage. We guarantee the higher of the two: either the percentage of commissions or your hourly wage.

• Current Minnesota barbers or cosmetologist license
