As an OT, you will be responsible for the evaluation and development of a plan of care for a variety of patients needing to improve, regain, and develop skills needed for daily life. You will work in disabled, ill, or injured patient populations in the acute care setting.

Tasks include:

• Review patients' medical history, ask questions, and observe them performing tasks.
• Evaluate a patient's condition and needs.
• Develop a treatment plan for patients, identifying specific goals and activities to help the patient work toward those goals.
• Help people with various disabilities perform different tasks.
• Evaluate a patient's home or workplace and identify potential improvements based on health needs.
• Educate a patient's family and employer about accommodation and care.
• Recommend special equipment and instruct patients on its use.
• Assess and record patient's activities and progress for evaluations, billing, and reporting.
• Provide timely and accurate documentation following state and/or insurance guidelines.

• Minimum 6 months of experience; new graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Must have BLS and NBCOT-OTR National Certification with state‑specific licensing.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods, bend, lean or stoop without difficulty.
• Sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology.

Pay package based on 8‑hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation). Tax‑free stipend amount to be determined. Posted job title:
