OPPORTUNITY
Central Minnesota Mental Health Center (CMMHC) has a rewarding opportunity to serve as a Rehab Services Clinical Supervisor and Outpatient Mental Health Therapist. The Clinical Supervisor provides clinical oversight, direction, and leadership to the Rehab Services programs of Targeted Case Management (TCM), Adult Rehabilitative Mental Health Services (ARMHS), and Peer Services. The Clinical Supervisor is also an Outpatient Therapist responsible for treating clients with emotional, behavioral, and mental disorders within a family driven and trauma informed framework.
Duties And Responsibilities
Program Supervision:
- Familiarize self with Minnesota Statute 245B.0623, Rule and DHS requirements for each program.
- Provide weekly and monthly group clinical supervision, as directed by program requirements.
- Review all caseloads 2 times a year and document recommendations.
- Review and sign all require documentation.
- Be available for clinical client concerns of Rehab Services Staff.
- Provide Recommendations and oversee all mandated reporting issues.
- Be familiar with implementation of health integration, including care collaboration agency wide.
- Perform diagnostic assessments to determine a recipient’s eligibility for mental health services.
- Document client progress and data in electronic health records in compliance with Agency standards and deadlines.
- Maintain CMMHC productivity standards.
- Respond appropriately to crisis situations and rapid screen needs of clients.
- Participate in four hours monthly of multidisciplinary team meeting for care consultations.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
- License as an LP, LPCC, LICSW or LMFT.
- Maintain professional competencies and appropriate licensure.
- Clear DHS Background Study.
- Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record.
- Two years’ experience in outpatient therapy.
- Knowledge or experience in Rehab Services programs including Targeted Case Management (TCM), Adult Rehabilitative Mental Health Services (ARMHS), and Peer Services.
- Managerial/Leadership experience.
COMPENSATION
Target Range - $72,100 - $77,250 (Commensurate with experience)
SCHEDULE
Monday through Friday clinic hours are 8-5 pm but can be flexible. May need to cover phone support to mental health providers who see clients until 6 pm.
