Speech Pathologist
Join our team in order to prevent, assess, alleviate or correct communication, swallowing or other speech related disorders. Responsible for evaluating patient needs, conducting diagnostic tests/procedures, establishing treatment plans and providing treatments/services accordingly. Responsible for independent therapist functions and delegated therapies which may be performed in collaboration with other health care team members or may be delegated by the therapist to the patient or other informal care givers who reside with the patient.
In cooperation with other health professionals, the SLP will develop and implement specialized treatment programs as appropriate to meet patient needs.
- Part-time | 48 hours every two weeks | Onsite
- Monday
- Friday | Every 4th weekend and rotating holidays | 8am-4:30pm
- Starting pay begins at $77,924.59 per year and increases with experience
- Salary range: $74,568.00-$ per year
- Salary range is based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate

- Master's Degree in Communication Disorders from an accredited university required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Current American Heart Association (AHA) Healthcare Provider card per established policy required.
- Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Current State of Minnesota Registration (to include a CFY Temporary License from the State of Minnesota required.
- Certificate of Clinical Competencies (CCCs) from ASHA or certification upon completion of Clinical Fellowship Year required.
