Responsibilities

As a Primary Therapist, you’ll be at the heart of our clinical team, conducting assessments, crafting personalized treatment plans, and facilitating engaging individual, family, and group therapies.

  • Family Communication Champion:
    Be the go‑to clinical contact for families, ensuring proactive and open communication that fosters trust and collaboration.
  • Therapy Facilitator:
    Lead dynamic individual, family, and group therapy sessions using an innovative clinical model and Attachment‑Based Family Therapy techniques.
  • Crisis Management:
    Conduct risk or crisis assessments and provide timely interventions and management as needed, ensuring clients feel supported and safe.
  • Team

    Collaboration:

    Join weekly treatment team meetings, staff meetings, and clinical supervision sessions to share insights and collaborate with colleagues.
Qualifications
  • Master’s Degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field, or enrollment in an accredited Doctorate program.
  • MN License in Marriage Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, or Clinical Psychology.
  • Non‑licensed candidates considered for a non‑exempt role must hold a Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related field, and if pursuing an LPCC, must demonstrate that the education meets coursework requirements of the license.
  • Experience with individual, family, and/or group therapy with young adults/adolescents.
  • Experience with mental health, substance abuse, eating disorders, or trauma‑informed treatment preferred.
Compensation

Salary range: $77,000 – $100,000, depending on education, licensure and experience.
