Our Surgical Technologists are there to prepare for a patient’s arrival and stay in the operating room to ensure their best possible outcome. You’ll prepare operating rooms for a wide range of surgeries and procedures and inventory surgical materials and tools to assure patient safety all while working closely with physicians, CRNA’s, registered nurses, and other surgical personnel in delivering quality patient care.
Schedule- Full-time | 80 hours every two weeks
- Monday-Thursday | 11am-9:30pm | no holidays
- Pay range $ per hour; exact wage determined by years of related experience.
- Earn extra pay for working evening, night and weekend shifts.

This opening will work with all surgery specialties as needed.
Within our Surgery department you will work on one of six specialized teams. This position will be a part of our Team 1:
Urology, GYN, Ophthalmology. During the orientation process, you will cross train to all teams, so you are familiar with each.

General, Bariatric, Plastics, Trauma - Team 4:
Neurosurgery, ENT, Dental, Pain - Team 5:
Cardiac, Vascular - Team 6:
Endovascular
- Successful completion of an accredited Surgical Technologist program required.
- Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card required (can be obtained upon hire)
- Certification as a Surgical Technologist preferred.
To be eligible for the hiring bonus you must be an external candidate who is hired into an eligible full time or part time benefited position. Previous Centra Care employees qualify if they have not worked for Centra Care for at least 9 months at the date of hire.
Relocation Assistance Eligibility:
Must accept a position that offers benefits and may not have worked for Centra Care in the last 9 months. Must currently reside more than 50 miles away from St. Cloud Hospital and relocate to within 30 miles of it.
