Fairview - - Responsibilities:
Assist residents with personal cares including bathing/showering, nail care, shaving, dressing, feeding, toileting;
Assist with transfers and use of a mechanical lift;
Provide health-related services under the direction of the Registered Nurse (includes blood glucose monitoring);
Take and record temperature, blood pressure, pulse and respiration under the direction of the Registered Nurse;
Observe residents and report status to appropriate staff and respond to emergencies
