PM Shift Differential: +$1.00/hour

What You'll Do

As a Resident Assistant/Caregiver, you'll help residents enjoy a safe, comfortable, and fulfilling life by:

  • Assisting with activities of daily living such as dressing, bathing, grooming, and mobility.
  • Building meaningful relationships with residents and their families.
  • Encouraging independence while providing compassionate, resident-centered care.
  • Creating a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment.
  • Working alongside a supportive team dedicated to exceptional care.
  • Documenting resident care and communicating changes with the care team.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For
  • A compassionate, dependable individual who enjoys helping others.
  • Previous caregiving, Resident Assistant, PCA, DSP, or CNA experience is helpful but not required
    .
  • CNA certification is NOT required.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and internet navigation.
  • Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position.
  • Ability to successfully complete a DHS background study.
