Location: St. Cloud
Overview
Caregiver position in the Greater Minneapolis - Saint Paul Area (Wayzata, United States). Flexible hours with evening, overnight, and weekend shifts. Salary: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour plus up to $2,000 in bonuses.

Legacy Home Care is a locally owned, family-centered company serving the Twin Cities for nearly a decade. This role involves home care visits and work in Assisted Living Communities, providing personal care, living assistance, and companionship to residents.
Responsibilities- Provide personal care and living assistance to residents, including companionship
- Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as dressing, eating, bathing, and socializing
- Support residents with transfers, therapeutic exercises, and household services as needed
- Build strong rapport with residents and collaborate with other healthcare professionals
- Travel to various Assisted Living Communities within a 35-mile radius (reliable vehicle required)
- 18 years of age or older
- At least 1 year of caregiving experience in Assisted Living or Home Care (CNA certification is a plus)
- Ability to pass a multiple-choice Nursing Assistant knowledge quiz
- Reliable vehicle and ability to travel up to 35 miles from home
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Up to $2,000 in bonuses
- Flexible hours: evenings, nights, or weekends
