Edenbrook St. Cloud, a skilled nursing facility in the Eden Senior Care Network, is hiring a Full‑Time Physical Therapist to provide rehabilitation services at one or more of our locations.

The Physical Therapist is responsible for assessing the need for, developing, and delivering physical therapy programs to facilitate rehabilitation.

• Develop and implement individualized therapy programs designed to restore, reinforce, and enhance performance.
• Identify need for and make referral to other disciplines to address the comprehensive needs of the patient.
• Instruct, educate, and train patients and caregivers in essential skills and functions to promote independence and productivity, and to diminish or correct pathology.
• Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants, provisional licensees, students, and support personnel in accordance with state licensure requirements and professional standards.

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master’s in Physical Therapy (MPT) from an accredited program.
• Active Minnesota Physical Therapist license in good standing.
• Strong knowledge of rehabilitation protocols and techniques.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to providing high‑quality, patient‑centered care.
• Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility or similar setting is preferred.
