Overview
Description of the Role: $17/Hour plus $2.00 Shift Differential
Responsibilities- Obtains vital signs, records, and notifies the supervising nurse of deviations per Individual Service Plan (ISP)
- May aid with various personal care tasks
- Assists in recording vital signs and other health-related data
- Shares resident success stories and best practices
- Participates in family conferences
- Creates and maintains resident records
- Housekeeping and Safety Compliance Duties
- And more as assigned
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in senior resident services, social work, health care, or customer service preferred
- Ability to exert physical force as required
- No communicable diseases
- Drug Free
- Clear Background
