Role Description
We are looking to fill full-time, on-site SLP, OT & PT roles based in Wisconsin and Minnesota in school settings. At this time we are focusing on in-person roles. The clinician will provide school-based assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for students with communication, motor, and functional needs, collaborating with educators, families, and other professionals. Daily responsibilities include conducting evaluations, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, documenting services and progress, and participating in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions.
The role also involves providing evidence-based interventions, monitoring student progress, adjusting goals and strategies as needed, and maintaining clear, timely communication with school staff and caregivers.
- Demonstrated competence in Speech Pathology, Occupational Therapy or Physical therapy and interventions for school-aged children.
- Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP, OT, or PT in Wisconsin and/or Minnesota.
- Master’s degree or equivalent in Speech-Language Pathology, Occupational Therapy, or Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Ability to collaborate within multidisciplinary teams and participate in IEP development and implementation.
- Strong documentation, organizational, and time-management skills in educational environments.
- Commitment to inclusive, student-centered practice and ongoing professional development.
