Centra Care Health seeks an Occupational Therapist to join our on-site team in Minnesota. You will evaluate patient needs, develop treatment plans, and deliver therapies in collaboration with the COTA, using current techniques while adhering to safety and family-centered care principles.
The role is full-time (1.0 FTE), with a schedule of Monday–Friday, including every 4th weekend and rotating holidays, plus $5,000 signing bonus and $5,000 relocation bonus.
