Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience within the past 3 years required.
• Must hold an LPN license for at least 1 year, with a current license valid in Minnesota.
• BLS certification preferred, American Heart Association.

Responsibilities:

• Take vital signs and manage patient health records.
• Provide primary care for geriatric patients, including feeding and personal hygiene assistance.
• Administer medication, monitor frequency and amounts.
• Supervise nursing aides and assistants.
• Manage and operate medical equipment such as catheters and oxygen suppliers.
