Surgical Technologist | Plaza Surgery Center

Join our team at the Ambulatory Surgery Center at the Plaza as a Surgical Technologist, where you ll play a key role in outpatient procedures.

Your responsibilities will include visually assessing patients  conditions, maintaining sterile techniques, ensuring accurate counts throughout the surgery, as well asproficiently assembling, preparing and passing sutures, instruments and supplies to surgeons and assistants.

• Full-time | 72-80 hours every two weeks | Plaza Surgery Center
• Monday-Friday | Various 8 to 10-hour shifts working between 6am – 5pm
• No weekends or holidays!

• Starting pay begins at $29.48 per hour; exact wage determined by years of related experience
  • Pay range: $29.48 - $45.10 per hour
• Up to $2,500 hiring bonus or up to $5,000 tuition reimbursement for eligible candidates
• $5,000 relocation bonus for eligible candidates

• Successful completion of an accredited Surgical Technologist Program
• Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provided Card
• Basic knowledge of surgical technologist duties and responsibilities
• Current certification as a Surgical Technologist preferred

To be eligible for the hiring bonus, student loan repayment and relocation bonus, you must be hired into an eligible full or part-time benefited position.

Bonuses will only be awarded in cases where the applicant has not worked for Centra Carefor at least the past nine months. Relocation bonus must meet distance requirements.
