Occupational Therapist, Physical Therapist – Pelvic Floor

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy services to adult patients including evaluation and assessment, treatment, education, and consultation
• Develop individualized treatment plans and implement evidence-based interventions
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary care team to ensure optimal clinical and financial outcomes
• Manage documentation, billing, scheduling, and other administrative duties
• Participate in department or therapy discipline committees and serve as clinical instructor

• Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree, or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy or Physical Therapy from accredited program
• Current state licensure as Occupational Therapist and Physical Therapist
• Completion of Herman & Wallace Level I certification, or alternative advanced training approved by Essentia Health leadership
