Provide direct personal care to residents, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and oral hygiene.;
Assist residents with mobility, including transferring, turning, positioning, and ambulation using proper body mechanics and assistive devices.;
Support residents with nutritional needs by serving meals, assisting with feeding, and monitoring intake and output.;
Measure and record vital signs such as temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure, weight, and oxygen saturation.;
Document care provided and resident observations using electronic or paper charting systems.
