Psychologist – Behavioral Health Observation Unit - St. Cloud Hospital, St. Cloud, MN
Find your purpose and make an impact on Centra Care's Behavioral Health Observation Unit team, where you'll provide diagnostic assessment, psychological testing, and psychotherapy services for patients and families with medical and behavioral health problems. This role supports patients and their families experiencing anxiety, depression, pain, stress, trauma, and other behavioral health conditions.
Schedule:
- Full-time | 80 hours every two weeks
- Day & evening shifts | 10-hour shifts
- Rotating weekends (every fourth Saturday & Sunday) and holidays
- Onsite | St. Cloud Hospital | Behavioral Health Observation Unit
Pay and Benefits:
- Salary range: $51.05 -$76.57 per hour
- Pay may be determined by factors such as education, experience, skills, knowledge, location, and internal equity
- May be eligible for additional pay through bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based compensation.
- $8,000 sign-on bonus

Qualifications:
- PhD or PsyD in Clinical or Counseling Psychology is required.
- Minimum of one-year full-time internship required.
- Completion of post-doc training year prior to start date preferred
- Licensure by the State of Minnesota Board of Psychology as Licensed Psychologist (LP) required or must be obtained within 18 months of employment. Licensure at the time of hire is preferred.
- Familiar with laws regarding commitment, confidentiality, vulnerable adult, child protection and patients' rights.
- Successful compliance with Minnesota Law, Chapter 372 relating to sexual exploitation of patients by staff providing psychotherapy services.
