Fairview - - Responsibilities:
Assist residents with personal cares including bathing, dressing, toileting, feeding, and escorts;
Administer medications or assist under the direction of the Registered Nurse (including insulin injections);
Take and record temperature, blood pressure, pulse and respiration under RN direction;
Perform laundry and meal service duties and assist with meal service in dining room;
Observe residents and report changes; respond to emergencies; act as mandated reporter; provide input on residents’ care plans
