Fairview - - Responsibilities:
Assist residents with personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and assisting with mobility;
Assist with health-related services under the direction of the Registered Nurse (including glucose monitoring);
Administer or assist with medications under the direction of the Registered Nurse (including insulin injections);
Perform routine health monitoring (temperature, blood pressure, pulse, respiration) under RN supervision;
Provide or coordinate social and recreational activities for residents
