Center Well Home Health is hiring a Speech Language Pathologist to provide in-home or facility-based speech therapy services. You will evaluate and treat disorders of speech, voice, language, hearing and swallowing, and contribute to care planning and coordination with the patient and family.
Minimum six months experience, current license, CPR, and valid driver’s license with reliable transportation are required. Home health experience preferred.
