Qualifications & Desired

Experience:
  • Active Minnesota Speech-Language Pathologist license is required
  • Previous school-based experience is highly preferred
  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
  • Strong collaboration skills with teachers, staff, and families
  • Familiarity with IEP development, implementation, and progress monitoring
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities
Key

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students across elementary, middle, and high school age groups
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) that address students unique communication needs
  • Provide direct and indirect therapy services focusing on articulation, language, fluency, and social communication
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and special education staff to support instructional strategies and student progress
  • Keep thorough records of evaluations, treatment sessions, and student progress in compliance with state and district guidelines
  • Participate in IEP meetings and share professional insights with multidisciplinary teams
