Physical Therapist - Per Diem in St Cloud
We are looking for a Per Diem Physical Therapist (DPT) to become part of a team that truly cares, apply today!
Our Physical Therapist will work with the VA, long term care insurance, and national accounts. No Medicare or Medicaid. Traveling to a client's home within our territory is a requirement (St. Cloud) We are just expanding to the St. Cloud Community.
Your Schedule, Pay &
Location:
- Per Diem: You create your schedule based on availability
- $70: per visit / $100: per evaluation
- Weekly Pay
- Based on your availability: expect 5
-15 Visits Per Week
A day in the life of our Physical Therapist:
As an Physical Therapist (PT), you will assess and evaluate, develop the plan of care and treatment. Participate in the development of the client's total plan of treatment and perform visits based on treatment plan
Bright Star PT Requirements:
- 1 year of experience as Physical Therapist, with Geriatric population preferred.
- Valid driver's license, Auto Insurance and reliable vehicle to use for work
- Current CPR Certification
- Current PT license for Minnesota
