Surgical Technologist

Join our team at the Ambulatory Surgery Center at the Plaza as a Surgical Technologist where you'll play a key role in outpatient procedures. We're dedicated to delivering top-notch patient care and embracing cutting-edge technology. Your responsibilities will include visually assessing patients' conditions, maintaining sterile techniques, ensuring accurate counts throughout the surgery as well as proficiently assembling, preparing, and passing sutures, instruments, and supplies to surgeons and assistants.

Schedule:

Full-time | 72-80 hours every two weeks | Plaza Surgery Center

Monday-Friday | Various 8 to 10-hour shifts working between 6am 5pm

No weekends or holidays!

Pay and Benefits:

Starting pay begins  per hour, exact wage determined by years of related experience

Pay range: 29.48 - 45.10 per hour

Up to 2500 hiring bonus or up to 5000 tuition reimbursement for eligible candidates

5000 relocation bonus for eligible candidates

Qualifications:

Successful completion of an accredited Surgical Technologist Program

Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provided Card

Basic knowledge of surgical technologist duties and responsibilities

Current certification as a Surgical Technologist preferred

To be eligible for the hiring bonus, student loan repayment, and relocation bonus, you must be hired into an eligible full or part-time benefited position. Bonuses will only be awarded in cases where the applicant has not worked for Centra Care for at least the past nine months. Relocation bonus must meet distance requirements.
