Summary:
Make a meaningful impact by providing compassionate outpatient assessment and brief intervention services to patients and families facing behavioral health and medical challenges within Centra Care's OB/GYN Clinic. This role is embedded in a fast-paced integrated care setting and focuses on maternal mental health same-day access and evidence-based psychotherapy delivered through close collaboration with OB/GYN providers. In this position the psychologist supports behavior change through motivational interviewing and evidence-based therapeutic approaches contributes to staff education and program development and partners closely with medical providers to deliver timely patient-centered behavioral health care.
Schedule:
Full-time | 80 hours per pay period | Onsite Centra Care Plaza OBGYN St. Cloud MN Monday-Friday | 8:00 a.m.

Pay and Benefits:
Salary range: $ - $162,448 per year Pay may be determined by factors such as education experience skills knowledge location and internal equity Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate May be eligible for additional pay through bonuses quality incentives or production-based compensation. $8,000 Sign-on Bonus Benefits:

Qualifications:
Psychologist PhD or PsyD in Clinical or Counseling Psychology is required. Minimum of one-year experience is required. Completion of post-doc training year prior to start date preferred Licensure by the State of Minnesota Board of Psychology as Licensed Psychologist (LP). Perinatal Mental Health Certificate preferred but not required. Psychotherapist Masters Degree in Psychology Social Work Marriage and Family Therapy or related Human Services field required.
State of Minnesota licensure required need to have one of the following:
The Board of Psychology as a Licensed Psychologist (LP) or the Board of Social Work at Independent Clinical level (LICSW) or the Board of Marriage and Family Therapy as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or the Board of Behavioral Health & Therapy as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC). Minimum of one-year experience required. Requires successful compliance with Minnesota Law Chapter 372 relating to sexual exploitation of patients by staff providing psychotherapy services.
