Specialty Care Child and Adolescent Behavioral Health Psychologist
Join Centra Care's Specialty Care Child and Adolescent Behavioral Health team at Centra Care Plaza in St. Cloud and provide outpatient diagnostic assessment, psychological testing, and psychotherapy services to children and their families impacted by trauma, depression, anxiety, and developmental disorders. This role is ideal for clinicians who enjoy outpatient psychotherapy and psychological testing and value working within a collaborative multidisciplinary specialty care environment.
Providers have the opportunity to develop areas of clinical interest and specialization including participation in specialty clinics such as eating disorders, fetal alcohol spectrum disorders, autism, or health psychology. The position emphasizes close collaboration with psychologists, psychiatrists, primary care, and integrated behavioral health providers allowing clinicians to deliver comprehensive, coordinated care while shaping a practice aligned with their professional interests.
Schedule:
Full-time | Onsite Centra Care Plaza St. Cloud MN (with some remote flexibility)
Monday-Friday | 8:00 a.m.
- 5:00 p.m.
No nights, weekends, holidays, or call. Hybrid work option with a mix of onsite and remote care.
Psychologist
Pay and Benefits:
Salary range: $ - $162,448 per year. Pay may be determined by factors such as education, experience, skills, knowledge, location, and internal equity. Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE. Reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate.
May be eligible for additional pay through bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based compensation.

Qualifications:
Psychologist:
PhD or PsyD in Clinical or Counseling Psychology is required.
Minimum of one-year experience is required.
Completion of post-doc training year prior to start date preferred.
Licensure by the State of Minnesota Board of Psychology as Licensed Psychologist (LP).
Psychotherapist:
Masters Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related Human Services field required.
State of Minnesota licensure required need to have one of the following:
The Board of Psychology as a Licensed Psychologist (LP) or the Board of Social Work at Independent Clinical level (LICSW) or the Board of Marriage and Family Therapy as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or the Board of Behavioral Health & Therapy as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).
Minimum of one-year experience required.
Requires successful compliance with Minnesota Law Chapter 372 relating to sexual exploitation of patients by staff providing psychotherapy services.
