We are looking for a Occupational Therapist to become part of a team that truly cares.

Our Occupational Therapist will work with the VA, long term care insurance, and national accounts. No Medicare or Medicaid.

Traveling to a client’s home within our territory is a requirement (St. Cloud) We are just expanding to the St. Cloud Community.

• $70 per visit / $100 per evaluation

As an Occupational Therapist, (OT) you will assess and evaluate, develop the plan of care and treatment. Participate in the development of the client's total plan of treatment. Perform visits based off frequency listed, with an opportunity to supervise and work with a COTA.

• 1 year of experience as occupational therapist
• Valid driver license and CPR
• Current OT license for Minnesota
