A Day in the Life

The Neurovascular Clinical Research team supports the global clinical development of therapies designed to treat stroke and other neurovascular conditions. This team partners across Clinical, Research & Development, Regulatory, Quality, Health Economics & Reimbursement, Marketing, and Medical Affairs to generate clinical evidence that supports product development, regulatory submissions, and commercialization activities. Primary preference is for candidates based in Fridley/Mounds View, Minnesota;
Irvine, California; or Lafayette, Colorado. This role follows a flexible onsite work model with a minimum of four days per week onsite. Travel requirements are expected to be approximately 25% based on business needs. Check us out on Linked In:

Primary Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning, execution, and oversight of complex clinical studies and clinical development programs supporting Neurovascular therapies.
  • Provide strategic leadership for one or more large clinical studies, ensuring achievement of study objectives, timelines, quality standards, and business priorities.
  • Manage multiple studies, work streams, and competing priorities simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Develop and execute clinical evidence generation strategies that support regulatory, commercial, and product development objectives.
  • Partner closely with Clinical, R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Medical Affairs, Marketing, Health Economics & Reimbursement, and other stakeholders to drive study success.
  • Serve as a key liaison with physicians, investigators, external clinical partners, and other stakeholders throughout study execution.
  • Present clinical study strategy, progress, risks, and outcomes to senior leaders and executive stakeholders.
  • Author and review clinical, scientific, and regulatory documentation, including study protocols, clinical study reports, publications, presentations, and submission support materials.
  • Interpret, analyze, and communicate complex clinical data and study outcomes to technical and non‑technical audiences.
  • Lead publication and dissemination activities in collaboration with physician investigators, key opinion leaders, and internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor emerging scientific literature, competitive developments, and evolving clinical evidence within the neurovascular therapeutic area.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline and 10+ years of relevant clinical research or medical device experience, or an advanced degree with 8+ years of relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated experience independently leading complex clinical studies or clinical development programs.
  • Proven experience owning study strategy, execution, timelines, stakeholder management, and program outcomes.
  • Strong clinical study management expertise within a regulated healthcare, life sciences, or medical device environment.
  • Experience interacting with senior leadership and presenting clinical information to executive audiences.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management, influencing, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to independently drive outcomes and operate effectively in a highly matrixed environment.
