We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide essential support to individuals in need of assistance. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by delivering personalized care and support in various settings. Your commitment to patient care and understanding of resident rights will ensure that those you assist receive the highest standard of care.

Duties

  • Provide personal care services to clients, including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
  • Support meal preparation and ensure proper nutrition for clients.
  • Assist clients with mobility and physical activities as needed.
  • Monitor and document client health status and report any changes to healthcare professionals.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients, adhering to HIPAA regulations and ensuring resident rights are respected.
  • Engage with clients in meaningful activities that promote social interaction and mental well-being.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance the quality of life for those you assist.
  • Be prepared to work with individuals on the autism spectrum, offering tailored support as required.
  • Administer CPR or first aid when necessary, ensuring safety at all times.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in home care, group home settings, or hospice care is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Knowledge of patient care principles and practices is essential.
  • Understanding of HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining client confidentiality.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others improve their quality of life.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks associated with caregiving duties, including lifting or moving clients as needed.
  • CPR certification is a plus; willingness to obtain certification if not currently held is required.
  • By lingual is preferred but not mandatory
