COMPENSATION Unlicensed Therapist Target Range - $55,000-$65,000 non-exempt (based on clinical hours and supervision) Licensed Therapist Target Range: $82,500 annual exempt SCHEDULE Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m.–3:30 p.m. Rotating weeks of after-hours/weekend clinical coverage as part of the ACT team
