Job Summary:

Outpatient Physical Therapist (PT OP) position in a clinical setting. The role involves evaluating patients, developing and implementing treatment plans, and ensuring patient progress towards discharge. This position focuses on neurological outpatient care and requires adherence to professional standards and safety protocols. The assignment begins on 10/05/2026 and concludes on 01/04/2027.

Job Details:

• Schedule:
  
  Days, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with a minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications:
  
  Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; at least 1 year of outpatient clinical experience; CPR certification; active applicable license for the state; neuro experience; minimum of 0 years of experience (default if no specific experience required)
• Preferred Qualifications:
  
  Prior successful completion of assignments with the agency or organization is highly desired; experience in neurological outpatient therapy is required
• Additional Information:
  Completes comprehensive patient evaluations, develops treatment goals, documents clinical notes accurately and timely, and ensures care aligns with physician orders and insurance requirements. Participates in student programs, pursues ongoing professional development, adheres to state practice acts and regulatory standards, and contributes to performance improvement initiatives.
