At Granite City Counseling, a program of Catholic Charities, we believe in serving and enhancing human dignity for people of all faiths and beliefs. In our desire to support wellness in mind, body, and spirit, Granite City Counseling’s multidisciplinary team offers a variety of therapy services for individuals, couples, and families. A mental health practitioner will perform Diagnostic assessments, collaborative treatment planning, and exemplary treatment and therapeutic practice while maintaining ethical and evidence-based clinical competencies.

You will have the opportunity of 1:1 time with a clinical supervisor, weekly group case consult, and monthly collaborative meetings with a psychiatrist. We believe in balancing autonomy of your practice with enough support.

Experience and willing to work with children, adolescents, and adults as well as couples and families.

Independently Licensed as LPCC, LPC, LMFT, or LICSW.

Willing to facilitate men’s and women's domestic violence groups if there is a need.

• Master’s degree in a related field plus a Minnesota license as an LICSW, LMFT, LPC, or LPCC required
• A minimum of 2 years of post-Master’s experience, including completion of clinical supervision toward licensure
• Strong verbal and written communication and clinical skills
• Flexible Thinking
• Experience with children and/or adolescents preferred
• Experience with trauma, anxiety, depression, or other specialty populations
